Daganzo, in Madrid, hosted a national bullfighting competition in 2006, with 16 specialists competing against five bulls from Cipriano Hebrero.
For the final, a bull of spectacular presence was fought, with which the specialists excelled at a high level, despite an accident suffered by the Extremaduran bullfighter Luis Felipe Guardado "Luiste." Ultimately, César García, from Yunquera de Henares, emerged victorious.
